Today (18th July 2016), NAHL Group plc announces two senior appointments.
Marcus Lamont joins the Group as Group HR Director, reporting into CEO Russell Atkinson, replacing Helen Jackson following her promotion to Managing Director at Bush & Company.
Marcus joins the Group from Everest, where he was HR Director, responsible for around 2,500 employees and self-employed Sales Consultants and Installation Contractors, taking the lead on talent management, leadership development, employee engagement and change management.
Prior to that, Marcus held senior positions at UPS Plc, across the globe.
At NAHL Group plc, Marcus will be focusing on embedding our culture and values and continuing to support all divisions under the Group, as well as leadership development and talent management. Sinéad Taylor-Dineen, Carly Johns and Rosanna Rosella-Mount will report into Marcus.
Anthony McGuinness is the second appointment announced across the Group. Antony joins as Group Head of IT, responsible for Group Wide IT requirements, supporting key digital and MI projects.
Anthony joins the Group from its property division Fitzalan Partners where he spent the last year as Programme Manager, playing a key role in the implementation of systems and infrastructure to support growth.
