Management restructuring at Bush & Company.

After nearly 23 years with the company Rachel Bush has decided to step down as Managing Director of Bush & Company and take on a part-time role as Clinical Director.

The business, which has been a huge part of Rachel’s life, will continue to benefit from her considerable skills and experience as she transitions from business administration into a more clinically focused role whilst simultaneously being able to devote more time to her family.

After a rigorous recruitment process, involving a number of candidates, Helen Jackson, Group HR Director, has been appointed into the role of Managing Director, taking over from Rachel from 1st July.

This change for Helen and the team at Bush & Company is further reinforcement of the Group’s commitment to promoting from within and developing its talent pool. Since flotation, NAHL Group plc has been able to develop the skills and experience of its divisions on four occasions through internal promotions and this ethos will continue.

Helen and Rachel will work closely together on a number of clinical projects and business developments as the division continues to realise its vision to of being the market leader through delivering an outstanding service with integrity and passion. Under Helen’s leadership, both clinical independence and quality will remain at the heart of the business and the team at Bush & Company remain focused on its market development strategy as outlined in the Group’s recent Annual Report and Financial Accounts.
